What You Get

EV Payroll Insight is a stand-alone product on top of the EV Insight core, with 365 Payroll integration:

  • EV Insight core — company and calendar dimensions from the Core capability, plus the Account and Customer conformed dimensions shared with EV Insight's Finance and Sales capabilities
  • Employee master data — comprehensive employee dimensions with seniority and age bucket classification
  • Headcount and turnover — hires, separations, turnover rate, and full-time-equivalent headcount tracking
  • Pay type analytics — analysis of payroll distributions by pay type, employee, and company
  • Absence tracking — absence code categorization and absence ledger analysis
  • GL payroll integration — payroll costs posted to the general ledger for financial reporting
  • Workforce composition — age bucket and seniority bucket segmentation for HR analytics
