Products and Add-ons¶
Most customer environments run one base product, which you can extend with add-ons. The table below shows every product and add-on, and which combinations are available.
- Base product — the product your environment is built on. You have at most one per environment, and it decides which capabilities and reports you get.
- Add-on — extra capabilities you add to your base product.

Using an add-on on its own¶
An add-on marked On its own in the table also works without a base product. You then get the core named in the table — the company, calendar, account and customer dimensions — plus the add-on's own capabilities, not the full capability set of a base product such as Finance, Sales or Projects.
