Reports — EV Payroll Insight¶
EV Payroll Insight includes a pre-built Power BI report and semantic model for payroll and HR analytics. The report has 8 interactive report pages covering workforce headcount, payroll cost, absence, and pay transparency.
EV Payroll Insight¶
The report combines employee data from Business Central with payroll data from 365 Payroll. Each page can be filtered by company, department, and reporting period, and grouped by dimensions such as age group, seniority, gender, job title, employment type, and manager.

| Overblik (Overview) | Landing page with headcount, hires, terminations, and payroll amount by month, compared with a benchmark year |
| KPI'er (KPIs) | Key figures for headcount, hires, terminations, payroll amount, and absence, each with the change against the comparison period |
| Demografi (Demographics) | Workforce composition by age group, seniority, and gender, with employees plotted on a map by city |
| Fravær (Absence) | Absence days and hours by month, absence reason, age group, seniority, and gender |
| Løngennemsigtighed (Pay Transparency) | Pay amount per employee by gender, age group, and seniority, with the median and the difference between groups |
| Employee Hierarchy | Headcount, hires, terminations, and average age and seniority by manager hierarchy |
| Employee Verification | Employee counts at the start and end of a period, with hires and terminations, to reconcile headcount against your HR records |
| Employee Lookup | Search for an employee and see job title, employment type, department, manager, and employment and termination dates |
Detail pages give you the underlying records behind a figure — payroll entries, absence entries, employees, and payroll postings in the general ledger.
Semantic Model¶
The Power BI semantic model contains the pre-built measures, relationships, and dimensions behind the report:
- Employee demographics with age and seniority segmentation
- Payroll cost, pay type group, and absence measures
- Headcount, hires, terminations, and full-time-equivalent time series
- Benchmark and index comparisons against a selected year
- Pre-configured relationships for HR analytics
