Reminders¶
Overview¶
The Reminders capability provides tracking of issued reminders for customer collection workflows. It extends EV Insight's base reminder support with the Avero-specific Sent Date field (sendt_d_fps), enabling utility companies to monitor when reminders were actually sent to customers.
